Pilates and Movement Classes and Workshops

Currently based in Los Angeles, you can find me at the following studios around town. Check back frequently, classes are expanding and workshops are added frequently.

WEEKLY CLASSES

Pilates and Arts, Echo Park

Tannis Kobrinsky’s serene and creative studio, nestled into the hills of Echo Park. The equipment classes are never bigger than 4 people. Look for the new extension – The Branch – where all kinds of creative movement classes will be offered.

Equipment classes at Pilates and Arts

Tuesdays: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am/ 6pm, 7pm (Intermediate), 8pm

Thursdays: 7am, 6pm

Sundays: 11am

Mat classes at Pilates and Arts

Thursdays: 7pm

Sundays: 12pm

Kara Wily Pilates, Larchmont Village

Kara’s is a strict classical Pilates studio that holds to true to the tenets of Joseph Pilates with the results to prove it really works. Keeping my Pilates skills sharp, I love teaching here with Kara, in my old neighborhood, centrally located to everywhere.

Pilates Mat class:  Mondays at 6pm

Cirque School LA, Hollywood

Hidden back from the street on Hollywood Blvd., Cirque School LA is a magical place where you can safely exercise while becoming the clown, contortionist, or aerialist you always dreamed of. True to their motto, Cirque School is for “anybody with any body”.

Stretch and Flexbility Class (90 minute class): Sundays 5:30pm

Aerial Conditioning: (coming soon)

Winsor Pilates, West Hollywood

The nationally known Pilates empire of Mari Winsor started here in West Hollywood.  It’s a beautiful studio with a staff of amazing instructors. While I don’t get over to the West side as often as I’d like, I’m available for private lessons here by request.
